Our operations and manufacturing facilities include a 250,000 square feet area located in Donguan City, China. This extremely clean and environmentally friendly facility consists of twelve multi-storey buildings containing the following departments:
R & D Department:
Static Electricity Tester, EMC Shielding, DAB Tester, Spectrum Analyzer, Audio Analyzer, LCR Meter, Agilent RF Signal Generator, AM/FM Stereo Signal Generator, Automatic Distortion Meter, Wow Flutter Meter, Audio Generator, Oscilloscope and AC Voltmeter are equipped in our R & D Department.

Production Department:
Advanced technology and machinery is key for Kenwin to provide on time deliveries and quality products to our OEM/ODM customers.
Our modern facilities contain six production lines, with a current output of 220,000 to 250,000 sets per month, that are equipped with the following machinery:

• Automatic Insertion (AI) machines are utilized for jumping wires, diodes, resistors and ceramic capacitors. We have 3 sets of AI machines with a maximum monthly output of 200,000 sets based on a 24-hour production schedule.
• Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is adopted for all surface mounting materials, tapes and reel packaging (IC, transistor, resistors, ceramic capacitors, small electrical capacitors, and so forth). We have 9 sets of SMT machines with maximum monthly output of 230,000 sets based on a 24-hour production schedule.
• Lead Free Soldering System is installed to comply with RoHS Directive.

Quality Control Department:
Incoming Materials (IQC)
Kenwin maintains stringent quality and storage requirements for incoming materials. We only work with RoHS (Restrictions on Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC) approved suppliers and evaluate their performance weekly to ensure incoming materials meet our stringent requirements.
In addition, our own RoHS Control Center is equipped with XRF Spectrometers to test and classify materials according to RoHS standards.
Our Incoming Quality Control Department performs the following tests to ensure proper quality:

After the incoming materials are being inspected and tested, we separate and store them under the appropriate conditions. IC materials are stored in an airtight facility which uses a vacuum machine. Delicate materials are stored in temperature and humidity controlled warehouses. We implement the 5S principles to systematically store and extend the durability of materials.

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Kenwin's strict quality assurance ensures all products are monitored and tested throughout the production process to guarantee superior quality of end products.
Our experienced supervisors oversee every stage of production in their department. After training the employees for each job they will perform, they provide detailed visual instructions designed specifically for each station and monitor the output to ensure each job is completed correctly.

Warehouses:
Incoming Material Warehouses

Delicate materials are stored in temperature and humidity controlled warehouses. We implement the 5S principles to systematically store and extend the durability of materials.
Finished Product Warehouses
Each of our warehouses contains a separate packing area with automated packing equipment. The rest of the warehouse is divided into sections with dedicated storage space for each of our OEM/ODM clients and their products.

Other Facilities:
We provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for our employees.
